Good morning Phil. The BBQ went off without a hitch yesterday, despite the attempts by ‘Mother Nature’ to dampen our enthusiasm :) I was standing inside the tent at 11:40 when the skies opened,
it was pouring so hard that I couldn’t hear the person standing right next to me, but not a single drop of rain penetrated the tent….. impressive. I am pretty confident that we will call on you again next year
for your services. Your staff were excellent, and the tents were placed perfectly, well done. :)

Hi there just wanted to send an email to thank you for the great customer service that was given to me over the phone. I believe her name was Kim and she answered the phone and I had the most ridiculous request To rent a tent the night of the phone call. I had tons of questions etc. Size, how many ppl it would fit, prices. She was so helpful and checked twice to see what was available for the night. I unfortunately did not rent due to size issues and how last minute it was but I will be recommending what great service u offered and that your business should be used. (even for last minute solutions) thanks again and you are fantastic at your job. All the best and have a great weeknd.
